CME tonight

Tonight’s aurora forecast …a CME is expected to sweep past earth sometime tonight/morning. It is expected to produce active and/or unsettled periods. Viewing area could be much of the state of Alaska, with the better show in higher latitudes. The predicted Kp level is a 4, currently it is a 0. It may not be worth going outside if you are in the interior due to the temperatures. It will be at least a couple hours if not longer from now (current time of this post 925pm). The current temp in North Pole is -33F.
