It looks like you only see the auroras after the clouds dissipated. Is that typically true? That is so beautiful. Do they typically come very early in the morning?
The aurora is best when the sun is directly opposite to you so about 12-3am
there is no best time. It is anytime its dark, but typically in the middle of the night.
the aurora can be seen 24 hours a day….as long as it is dark. Clouds merely block the view. The aurora are much higher than clouds
