The HAARP – High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program Open House is Saturday August 19 in Gakona, Alaska. This event would be of interest to those interested in aurora research and science.

Expect more lights tonight in all of Alaska. Data is looking great and we could see lights again tonight. Last night was a pretty good display over North Pole, a bit after midnight.
