Tonight’s forecast possible active

The aurora forecast for tonight is “quiet to active” according to NOAA Space Weather. As of 630pm Alaska time, the Kp level is 2. If the aurora is seen as forecast, the entire state of Alaska may have a chance at seeing the lights. Later on into the night, look to the north, northeast, and look low on the horizon if you can’t see it overhead.
