the aurora is bright tonight, but low on the horizon. The sun will rise soon, so the show is a short one.

nothing to report tonight. Cloud cover and the bright moon is all we see.

The aurora can be see in areas around Fairbanks and North Pole with areas of clouds. The forecasts indicate this should last a few hours. One report coming in from Juneau, so be on the lookout statewide.

Not an April fool’s joke, it is for real….there is a great chance for aurora tonight as soon as the sun goes down a bit more.
