Auroras overnight from northern Europe, now North America?

Northern Europe saw a great show overnight, now is it North America’s turn?

The solar winds are pretty low, but the Bz has been trending southward. It was -15 Bz earlier! It has been Kp 4 for many hours, and as of this post, Kp 5.

Northern Canada and most of Alaska, and maybe further south heads up for aurora tonight. Let’s hope for continued negative Bz.

Clouds and rain may block the view. Check the webcams when it is dark.
