The aurora can be seen overhead and toward the north in the Fairbanks North Pole and Delta Jct areas. Kp 0. This is not the incoming CME. Time of this post is 230am Feb 27.

Jan 12 aurora
The aurora came out in the early morning hours. It did dance for about 30 minutes and then formed a long band across the sky. It faded away and the cold temps griped the air. -45F in North Pole in the overnight hours, a little warmer in Fairbanks at -38F, but really, they are both…
