Tonight is cold….and the auroras tonight will be quiet. We may see a small display low on the horizon, but as of 11:30, there is no sign of it. Kp 0.
The aurora can be seen overhead in a big band over the Fairbanks area, but it is faint. Kp 1. Time is 10:45pm. It may strengthen later on tonight. The current temp is -23F.
